Customization & Production

Production & Shipping Time: Our custom forged wheels have a production lead time of approximately 20 days, followed by shipping to your location.

Payment & Order Confirmation: Upon order payment, we will begin production based on your specified vehicle information. As these are custom-made products, all sales are final and non-refundable once production starts. We will arrange shipment immediately upon completion. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Customization Options: We offer comprehensive customization. Styles, sizes, and colors can all be personalized. Our professional team will communicate closely with you to ensure the final product perfectly meets your expectations and requirements.

Wheel Specifications & Performance

Weight: For example, a 20-inch wheel typically weighs around 12kg. The exact weight varies based on design and load rating. Our forged wheels are generally about 30% lighter than OEM cast wheels. Estimated weight will be indicated during the design phase.

Tire Compatibility: If you choose wheels with the same dimensions as your original ones, no tire change is needed. If you change wheel dimensions, new tires will be required. When selecting larger wheel sizes, we provide tire size recommendations; you will need to purchase compatible tires separately.

Performance Benefits: Replacing OEM cast wheels with our forged wheels can enhance handling and improve fuel efficiency. Forged wheels are lighter, reducing unsprung mass, which speeds up suspension response and improves handling dynamics. The reduced rotational mass also lessens the engine's load, leading to better fuel economy and a superior driving experience.
