Customization & Order Process

All wheels are fully custom-made based on your vehicle information and order requirements.

Order Process:

• Place your order and provide accurate vehicle details.
• Our team will contact you to confirm specifications and discuss customization options.
• We will create and send a 3D design rendering for your approval.
• Production begins only after you confirm the final design.

This process ensures precise fitment and meets your exact expectations.

Production & Delivery Timeline:

• Production time: Approximately 3 weeks after design confirmation.
• Total delivery time: Approximately 6–7 weeks from order placement to delivery.

Delivery time includes production, quality inspection, and international shipping. Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and logistics conditions.

Wheel Specifications & Performance

Weight: As an example, a typical 20-inch forged wheel weighs around 12 kg. Actual weight depends on design, size, and load rating. Compared to OEM cast wheels, our forged wheels are generally about 30% lighter, reducing unsprung mass and improving overall performance. Estimated weight will be provided during the design stage.

Tire Compatibility:

• If you select wheels with the same size specifications as your OEM wheels, existing tires can usually be reused.
• If wheel size or width changes, compatible tires will be required.
• For upsized wheels, we can recommend appropriate tire sizes. Tires are purchased separately.

Performance Benefits: Upgrading from OEM cast wheels to forged wheels offers improved handling and steering response, reduced unsprung and rotational mass, enhanced suspension performance, and potential improvements in fuel efficiency. Forged wheels allow the vehicle to respond faster and drive more efficiently, delivering a superior driving experience.

Forged vs. OEM Cast Wheels: Most factory vehicles (approximately 98%) are equipped with cast wheels due to lower production costs. Forged wheels are manufactured under extremely high pressure, resulting in a denser internal structure with significantly higher strength, durability, and impact resistance compared to cast wheels.

Pricing: The displayed price is per wheel.

Wheels are sold in sets of 4. Please ensure the quantity is set to 4 when ordering.

Production begins only after design approval and confirmation of vehicle details. As all forged wheels are custom-made, all sales are final once production starts.

Warranty & After-Sales Support

Structural Warranty: 10 years or 200,000 km (whichever comes first).

Finish Warranty: 1-year warranty on surface finish and coating.

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, road hazards, or force majeure events is not covered.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the fully custom nature of forged wheels, returns and refunds are not supported once production has begun.
